CRISP FILM® modified food starch which provides improved structure and texture to snacks and is derived from high am ylose corn. CRISP FILM® modified starch exhibits good film forming characteristics when used as a coating for fried foods such as battered or breaded meats. This product is available under Ingredion Incorporated’s TRUETRACE® Identity Preserved Program for non -GM products .
