About this product
Add vibrant green goodness to your dishes with these tender and nutrient-packed mixed leaves. The pre washed and cut salad lines starting becoming very popular towards the back end of the 90’s in Australia. All products are outdoor and field grown, machine harvested, triple washed, dried then packaged. 1) Mesclun Mix Typically, a mesclun blend is a mix of arugula, chervil and oak leaf. However, it can also comprise a variety of other greens, including dandelion greens, frisée, endive, baby spinach, collard greens, mustard greens, radicchio, kale, and more. 2) Baby Spinach Baby spinach is simply the young version of flat spinach, harvested just 15-35 days after planting. The tender leaves of baby spinach offer a sweeter flavor compared to the mature spinach leaves. 3) Wild Rocket A Flavorful Herb for Gourmet Salad Lovers - Wild rocket, a popular herb, offers spicy salad leaves with a hot, nutty flavor that's similar to rocket but packs more punch. However, it's essential to use this herb sparingly as it has a very strong flavor. Wild rocket adds an herbal green aroma and a distinctive peppery taste to any mixed salad.
